Hair removal is the core of the studio, with both waxing and sugaring available. Services are grouped under brows, face and neck, hands and feet, packages and waxing. Brow services start at $20 and come in four options. The face and neck treatment starts at $10, and face waxing or sugaring does not include the brows, ears or nostrils, which can be added on. Body options include underarms, chest and stomach (sugared with an organic sugar-based paste), arms, back, and legs, with prices and session lengths listed for each.
Intimate services include Brazilian options for both male and female clients. Which one fits depends on how long it has been since the last hair removal service. The Reset and RepHresh remove all hair from the pubic area, and a landing strip can be kept on request. The Touch Up is a maintenance session for established clients returning within three weeks, and it is not offered to first-time guests. The Trial Run is a deepline bikini service, and The Catalyst pairs a Brazilian with a vajacial. Named packages combine several areas: Aye Favorite, Formula 101, The Middle Child, The Three Elements, The Three Sisters, The Smooth Criminal, The Green Light Duo and The Verdésense Protocol, the longest at 120 minutes.
Clients can book online through GlossGenius, or pay with Buy Now, Pay Later in person or for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Opening hours are Monday through Thursday from 1 to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed on Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. A no-show without contact is charged a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations are charged 50%. A reschedule made within the allowed window carries the deposit to the new appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a package is booked through the services page. Student Specials require a current school ID at checkout, and AyeKay Monday's is available only on Mondays and cannot be combined with other offers.
The studio's stated aim is for clients and students to leave feeling confident, informed and empowered, and it offers both services and teaching toward that.
