A visit usually begins with a consultation covering health history, lifestyle and goals. Plans start from relevant bloodwork and, where helpful, body-composition analysis before anything is prescribed. Medications are prepared with accredited, state-licensed pharmacies, and a licensed clinician prescribes, monitors and adjusts each plan in person. All of a patient's care sits on one shared chart so treatments are coordinated, and patients can reach their clinician directly between visits by phone or message. Patients who consult can also be matched with a clinician suited to their goals.
Hormone programs follow a set rhythm: a female or male baseline panel, a personalized protocol, and monitoring every 6 to 8 weeks with dose adjustments. Women can move between pellet and non-pellet delivery at any time. Aesthetic plans begin with a skin and injectable consultation, aiming to restore rather than over-enhance, with treatments tailored to each person's features. Axiva does not accept insurance, and online booking and consultation requests are available.
