Clients are asked to arrive makeup-free, to pause retinoids and exfoliating acids 3 to 5 days before treatment, and to avoid excessive sun. Sunburned or irritated skin may need to be rescheduled. All services are final and non-refundable.

The All Axis Membership costs $99 per month and includes 10% off treatments, a complimentary B12 injection each month and a monthly signature facial. Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options for eligible clients.

The medical weight loss program is medically guided and includes intake, medical screening, lifestyle strategy and ongoing clinical oversight. For eligible candidates, prescription options such as GLP-1 and GIP-based medications may be included. Cost depends on the medication, how often follow-ups are needed and whether labs are required.
