Surgical services cover the face, breast and body, along with reconstruction after breast cancer and skin cancer treatment at the Portsmouth office. Face procedures include blepharoplasty, brow lift, facelift and the W Lift deep plane facelift, neck lift, ear surgery, ear lobe repair, mole and lesion removal, and facial fat grafting. Breast options include augmentation, lift, lift with implants, implant removal, reconstruction, fat grafting, Preserve by Motiva, an internal bra, and male breast reduction. Body procedures include alloClae liposuction, BodyTite liposuction, Avéli cellulite treatment, mommy makeover, and tummy tuck.

Surgery requires a $500 deposit that goes toward the cost, and final payment is due at the pre-operative visit or no later than two weeks before surgery. For hospital surgery, payments are split between the practice, the anesthesiologist, and Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Financing is available through PatientFi and CareCredit.
