Most visits begin with a consultation. Consultations for injectable treatments and Visia skin analysis are free and take 30 minutes, and free consultations are also offered for DiamondGlow, dermal fillers, and Botox and Dysport. Clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed skin and no makeup or products. Topical numbing cream is available for Botox, Dysport and dermal filler treatments, and a lidocaine dental block is offered for lip filler.

DiamondGlow is the spa's best-known facial. It uses a diamond-tip device to exfoliate, extract and infuse customized serums, and the spa describes the device as patented. The salon says the treatment suits all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin, and recommends a session every 4 to 6 weeks. Most daily activities can usually resume about 24 hours afterward.

The spa offers several group and occasion experiences. Botox Parties can be held at the spa or at a client's home for a minimum of 10 guests, with a small down payment to secure the date. Hosts earn free Botox or Dysport units based on total purchases, and attendees receive a spa gift bag. Birthday Experience packages include an AW Medspa exclusive gift and a spa gift bag, and Bride/Groom and Wedding Experiences bundle pre-wedding treatments such as skin care, Botox or Dysport, and facials. The salon describes these experiences as combining luxury and beauty.

Clients can book online, or call or text 847-466-5933, or email aw@awmedspa.com. The spa is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with Tuesday and Saturday alternating from week to week so that one of those days is open each week, and it is closed on Sundays. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry and Coverwell, and Affirm is offered subject to an eligibility check. The online shop sells Plated skin care, Xtresse Gummies, gift cards and online packages.

Care is medically led, with treatment plans tailored to each client and an emphasis on natural-looking results and skin health.
