The practice pairs medical training with aesthetic treatments, and by its own account it invests in newer lasers, injectables and aesthetic treatments. Dr. Kelly O'Neil, MD, provides medical direction, Melissa Staricka owns the practice and leads the clinical team, and Jon Mendoza is Director of Operations.

Every visit starts with a consultation, which costs $75 and is credited toward a treatment if one is booked within 60 days; after that, a new consultation is needed. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete intake paperwork, and to report any medical or health changes at each appointment. Some services require a deposit that is refundable with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone, email or online booking changes, with a $100 same-day cancellation fee and a $150 no-show fee. Insurance is not accepted, but major credit cards and gift certificates are.

The range includes neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, which are prescription treatments used to temporarily relax targeted facial muscles; results are not guaranteed. Dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella and regenerative options such as PRP and PRF injections are also offered, along with microneedling, microchanneling, cryotherapy and specialty treatments for skin irregularities. Laser services cover hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigment correction and scar revision.

Professional skincare is provided through iS Clinical, and the site also links to a Colorscience shop. The office is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and is closed Sunday and Monday.
