Visits often begin with a consultation, and two are free. A 30-minute injectables consultation covers dermal fillers, Sculptra, and Botox, Dysport or Jeuveau, while a 30-minute skin consultation covers facials, microneedling, chemical peels, EMFACE and skincare. A consultation is required before a first booking of certain services, including dermal filler dissolving, Sculptra, Vivace RF microneedling, PRF tear trough injections and several EMFACE and EMSELLA treatments. Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau appointments run 45 minutes for new clients and 30 minutes for existing clients.

The facial menu includes five medical-grade facials, each starting with a skincare consultation. The AVIVA Signature Facial (60 minutes) includes a double cleanse, skin analysis, a customized mask, extractions when needed, massage and product recommendations. The AquaFirmeXS facial uses plant-based stem cells, the Teen Facial addresses acne, congestion and dryness, and the 30-minute Express Facial does not include extractions. Other offerings include Vivace RF microneedling, Opus fractional plasma resurfacing, EMSCULPT NEO body contouring and EMSELLA pelvic floor treatment.

Radiance Rx Club memberships are $125 per month for the Stunning tier, which gives 10% off services and retail products, and $225 per month for the Exquisite tier, which gives 15% off services and 10% off retail products. Memberships carry a 6-month minimum commitment, and banked money rolls over month to month without expiring. Essentials IV infusions are listed at $89 to $99 and Premium and Ultimate infusions at $119 to $129. Payment plans are available through Cherry without hard credit checks.
