Extension work begins with a paid consultation that covers color matching, how many rows would suit the client, whether extensions are a good fit, and ordering hair. Any consultation deposit goes toward the install. The install takes about four hours, hair is not included in the price, and the first appointment covers hair and scalp analysis, a custom installation and aftercare instructions. Current extension clients can return for a re-install six to eight weeks after the first visit, priced per row.

Color services include hand-painted balayage for sun-kissed highlights and dimension, full and partial highlights, a highlight and lowlight service, all-over color, root retouches and bleach root retouches, plus specialty color covering fashion colors, color blocks and calico. A glossing treatment adds shine and depth to color. Pricing for highlights and specialty color starts at a set amount and is confirmed after consultation.

Hair treatments include a Milbon Reawaken moisture and strength mask, which can be added to most hair services, along with an R+Co treatment and a Keratin Rebondin treatment. Keratin Install is also offered. Booking details: some services require a $10 or $50 deposit when booked online, and cancellations within 48 hours, including no-shows, are charged 50% of the appointment cost to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
