The hair menu covers women's, men's and children's cuts, bang and neck trims, single process color, partial and full hi-lites, toners and glosses, styling, treatments and hair extensions. Balayage and ombre are priced according to the service. Complimentary consultations are recommended before double process or corrective color, and they are required before extension services. Extension prices do not include the hair itself.

Facials come in 30-minute Express, 60-minute Relaxation and 90-minute Signature sessions, and every one uses gloTherapeutics skincare. Designer peels are booked as a series that opens with a consultation facial. Buying a package of five peels includes a sixth at no extra cost. Massage choices include relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal and reflexology sessions. The spa area has a steam shower with several showerheads, locker rooms, robes provided for guests, and a quiet suite for unwinding.

Waxing covers the face, bikini and Brazilian areas, arms, legs, back, chest and underarms. Lash services include a lash lift, a lash tint and a lash lift with tint. The Radiance Treatment is a body treatment that combines an exfoliating body polish with a clarifying steam shower.

Guests can have complimentary drinks, including infused water, soda, coffee, tea, beer and wine. The shampoo sinks are oversized and recline, and the manicure and pedicure benches are deluxe. Bridal services bring hair and makeup to the client on site, and pricing is requested through a submission form. Gift cards can be bought online and emailed either to the recipient or to the buyer to print.

Facials and peels are matched to specific skin concerns, and color and extension work begins with a consultation where those services call for one.

The spa area includes a relaxation suite, plush robes and a multi-head steam shower.
