Braiding services range from cornrows and feed-in braids to knotless and tribal braids. Knotless, tribal and feed-in braids are offered Monday to Thursday only, and the longer braid appointments include shampoo, deep conditioning and a blow dry.

Booking involves a $50 deposit for most services, with a $15 deposit for the consultation and a $20 deposit for the men's cut. Clients have a 15 minute grace period, after which the full service is charged. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a charge of the full service total, and no refunds are given. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7:30 PM to 12 AM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 8 PM. It is closed on Wednesdays.
