Avenue Beauty Science is a concierge clinic for midlife women, founded by Jill Wharton, in Suite 203 at 322 E. Lancaster Avenue in Wayne. Parking is available on site. The clinic serves the Main Line, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Wynnewood and Delaware County, and clients also travel from Radnor, Berwyn, Newtown Square, Villanova and Devon.

The clinic treats outer appearance and inner health as linked parts of one whole. Its services fall into two groups. Outer Beauty and Aesthetics includes neurotoxin injections, filler for the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and smile lines, peels at adjustable depths, microneedling to encourage collagen, and medical-grade skincare programs built around pharmaceutical-grade products. Inner Health and Wellness includes medically supervised weight management using GLP-1 medication, hormone adjustment and menopause support, functional lab work, custom supplement plans, guidance on lowering inflammation through daily habits, peptide therapy and vitamin injections.

Every new client begins with a free 30-minute consultation, which can be in person, by phone or virtual. Pricing and treatment timelines are explained during that visit, and there is no obligation to book. The Avenue Wellness Edit is a 45-minute concierge appointment that can also be done virtually. Injectable plans are kept conservative, and the practice says it does not recommend more than a client needs.

Booking requires a credit card to hold an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice carries a fee of 50% of the reserved services or $150, whichever is more, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the visit cannot be accommodated, with the same fee applying. Dermal fillers are not offered to clients who are pregnant or nursing. Semaglutide is intended for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 with at least one weight-related complication, and is not recommended in several conditions the clinic lists, which the team reviews at the consultation.
