The school offers three programs. Cosmetology takes 1,835 hours in Oregon or 1,600 hours in Washington, with tuition of $23,900 in Oregon or $20,800 in Washington. It prepares students for hair, skincare, makeup and nail work. Hair Design takes 1,150 hours in Oregon or 1,400 hours in Washington, with costs of $17,400 and $17,450 respectively. It covers cutting, color, chemical texturizing, styling and business skills, and students in this program attend one campus only. Esthiology takes 600 hours in Portland or 750 hours in Vancouver, costing $10,050 and $10,300. Its coursework includes skincare, facials, hair removal, waxing, makeup and business fundamentals. The quoted tuition figures cover tuition, a registration fee and a student kit. All three programs carry a $20 application fee. Cosmetology admits beginners with no prior experience. Training hours are not a measure of how long completion takes, so admissions staff can advise on start dates and likely timing. According to the school, many graduates go on to become licensed hair stylists in under a year.

Salon and spa services are performed by students and supervised by a licensed instructor. Appointments can run longer than at a professional salon because they take place in a learning setting. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are accepted when availability allows but are not guaranteed. Requests for a particular student are honored when possible, though assignments follow training schedules. Some advanced or highly specialized services may not be available. Children or guests not receiving a service wait in the waiting area, and unattended guests there must be 14 or older. Intimate waxing is offered only to clients with female anatomy, and clients should remove contact lenses before a lash lift. The school offers a free 30-minute complimentary color consultation to help choose a service and plan it.

Students have run free back-to-school haircuts for K-12 children through the Cuts for Kids program and took part in an Earth Month fundraising effort that raised more than $270,000 for local nonprofits. Blends live online instruction and coursework with in-person, hands-on practice, with licensed instructors supervising students who work on guests.

The Portland location features exposed industrial walls, wood and glass finishes, and a light, airy open floor plan.
