The day spa at 1151 Greenwood Ave. has twelve treatment rooms, each named for a country or a practice. The Zen room is used for massage and displays a 70-year-old Japanese kimono, the Bliss room is a Moroccan esthetic room, and the Harmony room is for Indian massage. The location also has a relaxation lounge, a spa boutique, and a Brow Bar, and the spa is on a first-floor level.

The nail salon at 1224 El Camino Real sits about 100 feet from the day spa, and the two share rear parking. Guests can park behind either building or use the one-hour street parking on Greenwood Avenue. Booking is available online at any time or by calling (650) 591-1498. The day spa is open Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and is closed on Sunday; guests are asked to call ahead for Monday. The nail salon is open Tuesday to Friday 11am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Hours vary by season. Facials run from $125 to $255, massages from $95 to $245, and waxing from $23 to $140.

Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before a service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service fee, and missed appointments are charged in full. Gratuity is not included in prices, and the customary tip is 15 to 20 percent of services. Guests undress in a private treatment room. The spa is for adults; children under 12 may come only when receiving services with a parent or guardian, and massage for guests under 18 requires a parent in the treatment room. All major credit cards are accepted. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost, and e-gift cards work for services, nail services, and in-store boutique purchases but not online.
