Hair, spa, nail, makeup, brow and lash, and waxing services all run under one roof. Salon services use Aveda's botanically based products, and the boutique sells Aveda, OPI and other botanically based products for hair, skin and nails. Aveda hair and body products can be bought ahead for in-salon or curbside pickup. Ultraceuticals skincare is also offered, and the salon says that line has a 25-year track record.

New clients receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation with a stylist, and color clients get a complimentary 15-minute color consultation before their service. Consultations are available in any department, and tours can be arranged by appointment. Guests can book online, buy gift cards, and purchase series packages through the booking platform. Tea, lemon water and locally made muffins with rotating flavors are offered daily, and Sparrow Coffee from Chicago is served, including an Avalon Blend made for the salon. The bar menu features local craft beers and wines by the glass, which rotate with the season, and happy hour drinks start daily at 4:30 PM. Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Mondays, 9 AM to 9 PM Tuesday through Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM on Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays, and 9 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.

Spa menus include Tulasara facials, which are customized for skin type and concerns and offered in 30, 60 or 90 minutes, along with Ultra facials, dual exfoliation facials, and a botanical skin resurfacing facial that uses botanically based exfoliants. Massage options include Aveda massage, deep massage with firm pressure and Aveda aromatherapy, and seated chair massage focused on the neck, shoulders and back, with hot stone available as an add-on.
