Every treatment is customized to the client's skin. Clients do not need to arrive knowing which treatment they need. The first visit includes a skin evaluation and a plan, and new clients can book a complimentary 20-minute skin consultation beforehand.
The menu runs from Epionce peels and the Nanofusion and Diamond Glow facials to PRX-T33 treatments and microneedling, which is usually booked as a series of two to three sessions. Teen and signature custom facials are also offered, and the booking page lists dermaplaning and LED light therapy among the services.
A Glow Society membership is $69 a month, billed automatically. It includes one Signature Custom Facial each month, member pricing on advanced treatments and enhancements, and member pricing on professional skincare products, including special orders. Gift cards can be bought for products or services.
The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Shorter notice, missed appointments and same-day cancellations may carry a fee, which is outlined at booking.
Treatments are built around each client's skin, with an evaluation and plan at the first visit rather than a required choice of treatment in advance.
