The approach is holistic, with sessions working on the body and nervous system as well as the skin. The Skin Renewal Facial is adjusted to each client's skin on the day and may include exfoliation, nano infusion, microdermabrasion, hydration, LED therapy or corrective products. Sessions can also be built around TMJ-related jaw tension. The 90-minute Sculpt and Reset Express begins with back and hip bodywork, then moves into facial cleansing, scalp massage and buccal work on the jaw muscles.

Lash clients are seen in a private studio with no shared spaces. Sets are designed around each client's eye shape and facial features, with attention to the health of natural lashes. Classic full sets take about 1.5 to 2 hours and volume or mega volume sets about 2 to 3 hours, depending on natural lashes.

Consultations are meant to fit each client's goals rather than push extra services. A deposit is required for lash full sets, and a card is held on file for facial bookings. Payment is taken by card, Venmo or cash, and facials are subject to Connecticut sales tax. Children and extra guests are not permitted at facial appointments, and male clients are accepted by referral only.
