The spa side is strongest in the manicure and pedicure menus. Longer services add scrubs, steam, massage, masks and hot towels, and some include paraffin wax or collagen gloves and socks. The Deluxe Spa Pedicure includes a hot stone set, and the Volcano Spa Pedicure is a detox treatment using the Volcano spa system. Gel polish can be added to several services, and paraffin and luxury hand treatments are available as add-ons.

Nail art is priced by design. French tips have a fixed price, while other designs start at a set rate and the final price is confirmed at the appointment. Clients can send a photo beforehand to request a quote. The portfolio shows acrylic, gel, dip powder and nail art work.

The salon takes a $5 deposit from new clients on many services, applied to the service at checkout and non-refundable. A 25 percent cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to appointments cancelled within 24 hours, and missed or cancelled same-day appointments are also charged. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. The salon is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, open Thursday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and open Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
