Color is the core of the menu, from short consultations and gloss or toner refreshes to all over color, grey coverage, highlights, balayage and dimensional brunette color. First-time clients are asked to book a color consultation before root retouch or grey coverage, and new clients can book a New Client Color with Trinity or a longer New Client Custom Color session that includes color, gloss, conditioning, a wash, a cut and styling. Extension appointments start with a consultation that covers extensions, maintenance and color match.

Makeup and occasion work is a second strand of the business. Bridal hair and makeup trials, event makeup in a soft glam style, and event hair styling are offered, and house calls for weddings and events carry a travel fee. For those who want to learn, there is a 1:1 makeup class for all ages covering age-appropriate makeup, skin type and colors, and a separate lesson for daughters. Both lessons include a budget-friendly PDF of product recommendations.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday during the day, with a short Saturday evening window, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Deposits are required for bookings, are non-refundable, and are applied to the final payment.

Color work is planned around each client, with consultations used for first visits and extension color matches. The owner says education in the hair and beauty industry is a priority.
