Visits start with a free consultation, where the team designs a personalized treatment plan. Clients receive a private room at either location, and the reception area offers coffee, tea and a small complimentary drink while guests wait. Clients can book a single session or a package. Any preparation needed before a treatment is explained at booking, and the spa recommends checking session length when booking. Payment is flexible: a deposit can be paid toward a treatment, the full amount can be paid in advance, or a client can have the consultation first and pay for a chosen package at the spa afterward. Accepted methods include cash, Zelle, credit cards, CareCredit and Afterpay.
The menu is split into body treatments and facial treatments, with facial cleansings listed on their own. Body sessions start at $50 for a single visit, and many body programs are sold as six-session packages. Facial cleansings start at $89, and facial treatments range from $99 upward per session, with packages for some. The AVA Total Experience package combines a 50-minute deep facial cleansing with a 50-minute relaxation massage using hot stones and aromatherapy, for $189. Gift cards are available as an electronic card sent by email from the website, or as a physical certificate ordered by instant messaging and picked up at a location or shipped. The spa states that its specialists have more than 15 years of experience in aesthetics, describes them as accredited professionals, and says it uses current technology in its equipment.
Treatment protocols are created and supervised by the founder, with the aim of effective, non-invasive results. The spa's stated priority is a pleasant environment for every visitor.
