The braid menu includes feed-in, lemonade, box, kinky twist, triangle plait, rope twist, cornrow, and knotless styles in small, medium, and large sizes. A separate kids section offers braiding for children ages 5 to 11, with prices from $165 to $300. Each listed braid and kids braid service is booked as a 15-minute appointment.

Lace and sew-in work covers full lace installations, 360 installs, sew-ins, and bond-ins. Full lace units come with a medium cap as standard, and a larger cap requires customization that takes about two weeks. Units ship two business days after payment is confirmed, and the salon says they last up to six months with care. Full lace wigs are applied with adhesive, since the salon says it does not currently apply them without glue.

Appointments are required from 6pm to 5am. Same-day service booked without 24 hours' notice carries a $35 fee on top of the service charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full amount, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late pay a dollar per minute late, with the appointment canceled and the deposit forfeited. Guests may not bring friends, and children are allowed only when they are being serviced.

Classes run alongside the salon work. A 2-hour make-up class is listed at $650, a 3-hour full lace wig installment class at $1,000, and a 6-hour 45-minute Diamond Locs extension class at $1,300. Master group classes run from 10am to 7pm in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Port St. Lucie, West Palm Beach, Indiana, South Carolina, Boston, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina, priced at $800 to $1,200 depending on location, with a $200 deposit.

The salon sells its own hair care and installation products and says it uses only the finest quality hair. Hair is offered in 8A, 9A, 10A, and 11A grades. Store credit can be used for up to one month, and eGift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.
