Plans can draw on diet, stress relief, exercise, weight management, hormone replacement and supplements. The team includes a physician, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, aesthetician, IV nurse, nutritionist, health and lifestyle coach, culinary chef, and a personal trainer and yoga instructor.

A first functional medicine visit is a consultation of about 60 to 75 minutes with Dr. Roy, priced at $450. It includes an In-Body scan and a 60-minute dietitian appointment. Medical history is reviewed before any treatment is chosen, and each plan is talked through in detail beforehand. Follow-up functional medicine visits are charged by provider hourly rate, with Dr. Roy at $450 per hour. Lab tests can use stool, saliva or blood, and kits are often provided so samples can be collected at home or at a local lab. Testing budgets are commonly around $500 to $1,500.

Aesthetic services include neuromodulator injections such as Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau, several dermal fillers, Sculptra, BroadBand Light treatments, the MOXI laser and microneedling with PRP or PRF. Aesthetic plans can also take gut health, hormones, inflammation and skin into account. IV therapy options range from vitamin C and glutathione to ozone and a Myers Cocktail, which takes about 30 minutes to an hour; some IVs run up to two hours. IV vitamin infusions are mixed in a sterile IV hood shortly before the appointment. Packages of 5 IVs get 10% off and packages of 10 get 15% off.

Telemedicine patients complete an in-person consultation at the Cedar Park office first and may then continue care virtually. Medical files and correspondence are kept confidential through a secure, HIPAA-protected patient portal. The clinic does not accept medical insurance or Medicare. Patients may pay with pre-tax HSA funds or CareCredit, and Cherry payment plans with monthly payments are offered. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments, and some lab work may be covered by insurance, so patients are encouraged to check.
