Mobile sessions can be set up at a client's home or office in the greater Austin area, including South Austin, Westlake, Buda, Zilker, Travis Heights, Bouldin Creek, South Lamar, 78704 and Downtown. Mobile visits have a 40-minute minimum and need only a standard electrical outlet; a massage table is brought for back treatment or when a flat surface is needed. A travel fee may apply depending on distance and travel time, and mobile visits are booked by call, text or the contact form rather than online.

During a session, the LightMD pads rest on the skin under clothing over the treatment area, so clients do not need to undress. The light feels warm, like a heating pad, and the temperature can be lowered for clients sensitive to heat. The therapy alternates between visible red light and invisible near-infrared light, and sessions move through several light phases, each with a different purpose. Clients are asked to sign an informed consent before the first session and are advised to drink water before and after.

Single sessions come in 20, 40 and 60-minute lengths at $50, $90 and $120. A first-time 40-minute session is listed at $55, applies to the first paid session only, and cannot be combined with other offers. Packages of three, six and twelve sessions lower the per-session cost, do not expire, can be shared with partners or family, and can be used at the studio, at partner locations or as mobile sessions (20-minute sessions are not available for mobile). Shorter sessions can be combined back-to-back into a longer one.

Booking is by appointment only. Clients can reserve by phone, text, email or the Book Now button on the website, with a $20 deposit paid online and the balance paid at the session. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice to keep the deposit, and bookings made less than 24 hours ahead must be arranged by calling or texting.

Private events are a separate service: staff arrive before the event to set up a red light station, and sessions can be one-on-one, drop-in or on a scheduled rotation. Events have included wellness retreats, bridal showers, birthdays, private yoga or meditation gatherings and corporate wellness days, priced as a flat rate based on guest count and event length.

Dog red light therapy is offered in clients' homes in Austin, Buda, Kyle and Mueller, for dogs with arthritis, post-injury recovery or general aging support. A formal diagnosis is not required for dog sessions.

The business states that its staff are not licensed medical professionals and that its services do not diagnose, treat, cure, prescribe for or prevent illness. Services are not meant to replace medical care, and clients are encouraged to continue working with their licensed healthcare providers. Clients recovering from surgery should get clearance from their surgical team before a first session, and pads are never placed on open or unhealed wounds. Clients with photosensitivity or who take light-sensitizing medications may not be suitable, and clients with cataracts or light-sensitive eye conditions can be seen with a modified session.
