Every visit begins with a consultation, offered in office or virtually for $50 with a $50 deposit. The consultation reviews concerns and options and builds a customized treatment plan, and the fee is waived when a package is bought during that visit. Clients who book laser hair removal complete a confidential online medical evaluation before the first session. Sessions are usually spaced two to three weeks apart on facial areas and five to six weeks apart on body areas. Treatment time depends on area size, from around eight seconds for the upper lip to as long as thirty minutes for larger areas.
Laser hair removal uses the Candela GentleMax Pro dual-wavelength system, which the business says can treat all Fitzpatrick skin types. Pricing is set by area size, with small, medium, large and X-large categories, and each category has a loyalty rate that applies after eight treatments on the same area. Package options are available for six, eight and ten sessions. Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency, is priced by area, and typically takes about thirty to sixty minutes; a topical numbing cream is applied beforehand. PICO Genesis FX is performed on Fitzpatrick skin types I through IV, and other laser options are offered for deeper skin tones.
Tattoo removal uses picosecond and nanosecond pulses on a Cutera Enlighten laser, and most clients need six to ten sessions depending on the tattoo, ink density and skin type. Pricing is by size, and loyalty pricing applies after six treatments. The Bee Cave location is in Salon Lofts beside the Galleria near Whole Foods; clients dial 302 from the lobby directory, and the tattoo removal room is Room 107. The Downtown Austin location is at Salon Lofts in the Bowie, where 15 minutes of parking is validated at the Bowie Apartments concierge desk, with additional parking in the Whole Foods garage at 5th Street and North Lamar Boulevard. Payment plans are available through Cherry with monthly payments. Hours at all locations are Tuesday through Thursday 11AM to 6PM and Friday and Saturday 9AM to 3PM, closed Sunday and Monday.
