Aurum Loft describes itself as a luxury private-suite studio and a place for barbers and stylists who have outgrown the traditional shared chair. The studio has six private rooms, named The Atelier, The Loft, The Studio Room, The Salon Suite, The Lounge and The Corridor. Each one is fully enclosed and lockable rather than a shared station.

Each suite comes with a premium station, a styling chair, a sink, lighting and storage. Leasing a suite costs $550 per week, and securing one requires a $1,100 payment. Lessees keep all of their bookings with no commission split, and each independent professional sets their own pricing. The listed prices are house standards.

Clients book online with a card, and receive confirmation and reminders by text. Appointments can be rescheduled online. The house menu includes Line Up at $40, Haircut at $60 to $100, Cut + Beard Work at $70, Haircut & Beard at $100, Wash & Haircut at $125, After-Hours Cut as a private one-hour appointment from 6 to 9 PM at $120 to $200, and House Call at the client's home for 2.5 to 3 hours at $250 to $400.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Mondays are by appointment only.
