Booking in advance is recommended. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may have their treatment shortened while full charges still apply. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; a change made within 24 hours carries a $35 fee, and a $35 deposit is not refunded for a same-day cancellation. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, credit or debit card, or gift certificate. Tips may be given in cash, by Zelle or by Venmo, and the spa notes a typical tip is 15 to 20 percent of the service cost.

Guests should disclose any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before treatment, as some services may not suit everyone. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may receive only certain treatments. Phones are to be silenced and voices kept low in the spa.
