The practice is built around precision, education, and natural-looking results. Every client starts with a personalized consultation, and a formal consultation is required before any treatment. Plans are shaped around the client's goals, skin, and timeline.

The injectable menu covers neuromodulators and dermal fillers from Revance, Merz, Obagi, and Galderma. Neuromodulators generally take roughly 7 to 14 days to fully settle. Dermal fillers restore volume immediately, with final results visible around two weeks later. For skin, the salon offers SkinPen microneedling, which can be paired with PRP or PDRN as optional add-ons, plus medical-grade chemical peels from FactorFive and The Perfect Derma. Skin treatments are designed to build across a series of sessions. The IV wellness selection includes hydration therapy, vitamin and recovery injections, longevity support, and medically guided weight loss management.

Ahead of injectable treatments, clients are advised to stay away from blood thinners, alcohol, and intensive skincare for 24 to 48 hours, which can help limit bruising. Pre-care instructions tailored to the specific treatment are emailed before each visit. Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking platform, and any non-scheduling questions receive an email reply within 24 to 48 hours. Changes or cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice carry no fee. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged or may forfeit a deposit. A deposit or a card on file may be needed to secure a booking. Payment is collected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
