Appointments can be booked by phone at 301-926-7897, by email through the website, or by Facebook message. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 8pm, Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and it is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Pedicures use individual liners in the foot tubs and include a leg and foot massage. The salon's waxing uses a soothing, conditioning wax that it says suits all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge of the full service fee. A credit card must be kept on file, and a missed appointment without a call to cancel is charged the full service fee. Credit card payments carry a 3% fee, while debit card payments are exempt.

The owner says the salon recycles 85% of its waste, including hair, and uses certified organic hair products. According to the salon's own website, it has been named a top 3 business in Gaithersburg, and the salon says it holds the highest standards for cleanliness.
