The menu covers a wide range: personalized, couples, hot basalt stone, sports recovery, lymphatic and stretch massage; body scrubs and wraps; a range of facials from a personalized facial to microdermabrasion with HydraFacial; a head spa series; AVEDA hair color and cutting; Halo hair extensions by consultation; and manicures, pedicures and foot facials. Group spa days suit corporate events, celebrations and bridal parties for up to 12 people in the spa, and Hilton Event Guest Suite styling and make-up is available in a private suite.

Parents can book Mothers Morning Out, a 50-minute treatment with childcare for ages 4 to 11 at an extra fee, or Parents Night Out, a couples treatment held twice a month from 6pm to 8pm with on-site childcare for the same ages. Junior manicures and pedicures are offered for ages 4 to 13, and minors may book limited services when accompanied by a supervising adult.

Practical details: a 22% service fee applies to services, with any additional gratuity left to the guest. Cancellations need 24 hours notice for single appointments and 48 hours for larger reservations, and same-day rescheduling counts as a last-minute cancellation. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and photography is not permitted in treatment areas. Reservations can be requested by text or phone at 804-922-7301 and are confirmed with a paid invoice. Menu and pricing are subject to change. Gift eCards and paper certificates are sold online through Square.
