Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salon is closed on Wednesdays.
The basic pedicure includes nail and cuticle trimming, a lotion massage, hot rocks and a hot towel, finished with a polish of the client's choice. The deluxe version adds callus removal, a sugar scrub and hot stones. Longer options include the orange pedicure, with an orange-infused soak, citrus scrub, orange lotion massage and paraffin; the collagen pedicure, with exfoliation, a collagen cream mask wrap, collagen socks and a collagen lotion massage; and the Aura Golden Touch pedicure, with exfoliation, a gold mask, extended massage, paraffin and a gold shimmer finish. A pumpkin pie pedicure is also offered at a set price.
The salon says sanitation and safety are top concerns for clients. Buffers and files are used once and then discarded, paraffin is never reused for another client, and all pedicures are done with liner protection. Clients should not come in with open wounds, fungal infections or contagious conditions on hands or feet, and the salon may decline service where a condition poses a risk to staff or other clients.
Nail repairs are free if they're needed within 3 to 5 days of a service and the flaw traces back to the materials used or how they were applied. Beyond that window, or when a break results from misuse or an accident, the regular repair charge applies. Completed services can't be refunded, and payment is expected for every service provided. Bespoke designs might carry an additional fee. Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged, and a lost or stolen card can't be replaced. The business accepts no liability for personal belongings that are lost, damaged or stolen, and it may decline to serve anyone.
