Nail care and head spa treatments are combined into one appointment, based on the premise that tension tends to collect in the hands and scalp. Vietnamese and wider Asian traditions inform the atmosphere, treatment routines, small finishing touches and the bar. According to the salon, it aims for a quiet-luxury experience. The layout is designed to feel more like a lounge than a conventional salon floor.
Nail services follow set standards for precision and consistency, with a set pace for each appointment. Manicures range from the Essential, Signature, and Luminous Atelier manicures to The Silk Hand Ritual, which adds light therapy and a collagen capsule treatment. Pedicures include six Ritual Pedicures, each built around a different soak, scrub, or mask, such as the Cà Phê Phin, the salon's signature pedicure, with its coffee-based steps. Seasonal pedicure rituals change through the year. Enhancements include Gel X, Builder Gel, Dip Powder, and full sets, and can be customized in length, shape, or design.
Head spa rituals use Vietnamese-inspired scalp treatments and extended massage aimed at stress release. The salon states that these treatments support scalp health and nervous system regulation. The Deep Cleanse and Herbal Steam rituals cover the core scalp work, while the Botanical Restore and the longer Aura Premier Ritual add restorative masks, scalp exfoliation, and, in the premier version, a face mask with gua sha and a sound bath.
Packages and memberships are available, and gift cards can be purchased. The Head Spa Series includes three Deep Cleanse Rituals valid for six months. The Builder Gel Conversion Series covers a first builder gel set and three follow-up visits within four months. The Essential Aura Ritual package is valid for six months and can be used together or in parts. The Atelier Member includes one Signature Pedicure each month, and the Head Spa Member includes one Herbal Steam ritual each month; both carry member pricing on later visits. Membership and package benefits cannot be shared or transferred, and unused services do not roll over or carry cash value. Memberships require a two-month minimum before they can be cancelled. Missing or cancelling an appointment within 24 hours forfeits that session.
