The lash menu covers extensions shaped to each client's eye shape, lash health and chosen look, from soft and wispy to bold and dramatic. First-time extension clients receive an in-depth consultation and aftercare guidance. Refills are sorted by how many extensions remain and how long it has been since the last fill, and a full set is recommended for a refill within three weeks. Lash lifts, tints, a lift with tint, and extension removal are also offered.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, a hybrid stain with wax, lamination, and a Brow Makeover that combines shaping, wax, lamination and a custom stain or tint. Facials run from a 40-minute express dermaplaning visit to 90-minute treatments, including a microdermabrasion facial for dry skin and a clarifying facial for acne that uses high-frequency treatment. There are also facials designed for men and for teens aged 12 to 17.

Visits require booking at least 12 hours ahead with a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments without notice carry a fee of half the service price. Clients may bring one guest, children are not permitted in the treatment room, and teens under 18 may need a parent or guardian's consent. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, with clean lashes for lash services and clean, makeup-free skin for brow services. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 9 am to 6:30 pm, Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Each appointment is planned around the individual client, with attention and intention behind every service.

The aim is a welcoming, calm setting where clients feel comfortable and cared for.
