Services are grouped into boho knotless braids, Fulani and cornrow styles, knotless braids and twists. Boho knotless styles run from a shorter boho bob up to butt length, with a Bora Bora braid option at waist length that uses 300 grams of human hair. Knotless braids, box braids and twists are priced by length, and listed session times run from about 1 hour 30 minutes for men's box braids to 6 hours 30 minutes for the longest boho styles.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair that is fully detangled unless washing is included, and extra fees may apply for detangling. Children need to sit calmly, and additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance. Hot water is used to seal and smooth braids, so clients are asked to stay still during that step. Tools and workstations are sanitized between clients, and anyone who feels unwell is asked not to attend. Clients should mention allergies or scalp tenderness before the appointment.

Deposits and payment: a non-refundable $30 deposit is required for certain services, the remaining balance is due right after the service, and cash, Zelle, Cash App and card (subject to availability) are accepted. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may lose the deposit or incur a fee. Concerns about a service must be reported within 3 days, and refunds are not offered. Retouch appointments are available for an additional fee, priced by style and the adjustments needed.
