Augusta Road Aesthetics is owned by Dr. Kevin Keller, who was a founding physician at Upstate Plastic Surgery and practiced there for 23 years. He later stopped performing surgery to focus on noninvasive aesthetic medicine, and the practice was built around that work. According to the practice, its team has more than 50 years of combined experience.

Every client starts with a consultation that reviews their current skincare routine, includes a full skin evaluation and talks through their goals. Free virtual or in-person consultations are offered, and first-time clients are encouraged to book one. The practice says it does not recommend treatments a client doesn't need, and that it aims for natural-looking results with a focus on long-term goals.

The skin menu includes chemical peels tailored to skin type and concerns, microneedling, microchanneling, dermaplaning and Sofwave, a single 30 to 45 minute treatment for fine lines and lifting. HydraFacial is also offered, and memberships are available. The Signature Skincare Program is a personalized year-long plan with a daily routine, scheduled treatments and guidance on how often to have each one. Clients can pay per service or prepay for the year, and they can book every appointment in the plan ahead of time. Program participation is not required to become a patient. Treatments for men include BOTOX and dermal fillers for jawline definition, plus EmSculpt and CoolSculpting for toning.

Laser services include BBL skincare treatments, Forever Bare hair removal, Forever Clear light-based acne treatment, Forever Young for signs of aging and sun damage, Halo hybrid fractional resurfacing, MOXI and NanoLaserPeel. Body contouring is offered with EmSculpt NEO and CoolSculpting. Minor procedures such as cryotherapy, earlobe repair and sclerotherapy are performed with Dr. Keller. The practice also sells its own clinical skincare line and carries the PCA clinical skincare line. Walk-in neurotoxin visits are offered on Wednesdays from 9am to 4pm, and a newsletter keeps clients informed about products, services and offers.
