Consultations leave time to talk through goals, review medical history, have an examination and go over expected costs, and the practice describes them as three steps: meeting the provider, discussing goals and expectations, then choosing treatments. VISIA skin analysis, a multi-point facial assessment used to track changes over time, is offered at consultations, and virtual consultations and consultations for established patients are also available. Clients can book by phone, by text, through the website or by online request. The office is open Monday through Friday with extended hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, Saturday mornings and the first and third Saturday of each month, and it is closed on Sundays. Wrinkle relaxers (Botox and Dysport) are priced per unit and typically run from $100 to $700 per session, depending on how many units are needed. Membership is available in two tiers. The Basic Package is $159 per month and the VIP Membership is $299 per month, with VIP providing double the monthly credits. Members receive one or two treatment credits a month depending on plan, which can be banked for up to six months, along with 10% off in-office skincare and retail, $50 off injectable and filler packages and $100 off rejuvenation device packages. The Laser Lux Membership covers up to six laser treatments over 12 months for the face, the face and neck, or the face, neck and decollete, on a 12-month commitment, and the covered area can be upgraded at any time. Financing through Alle offers payment plans with rates listed as low as 0% APR, and Botox and filler points can be earned and redeemed through Allergan's Alle loyalty program. The office sells SkinBetter Science and SkinMedica skincare products. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or miss an appointment without notice are charged a $50 fee.
