Service groups cover hair cutting, hair color, wedding hair and other hair services. Prices for in-studio services include a finished style. Regular clients receive complimentary fringe trims and bang trims. The studio recommends a trim every four to twelve weeks, depending on hair length, color treatment and styling habits, and color services every three to twelve weeks, depending on color type.

Wedding work is limited to one wedding per day. Trials are held at the studio on weekdays during business hours and take about an hour and a half, and booking early is encouraged because trial times depend on availability. A wedding date can be held at no cost while event needs are discussed, and if another inquiry arrives for that date, the client can secure it with a deposit within 24 hours. Large wedding parties are served by a team of artists, with hair and makeup often split into two contracts. Services can be added to a signed contract depending on availability but cannot be removed once signed. Clients receive a detailed getting-ready timeline and a schedule at least one week before the wedding. Each artist's car is valeted and charged to the client's room number unless other arrangements are made, and travel fees depend on the getting-ready location. Wedding prices are reference prices, and detailed quotes are provided on request.

The studio carries the Framesi, Redken shades EQ, Schwarzkopf and Joico color lines, along with the Pureology and Loma Organics hair care lines, and offers sample packets. According to the salon, Pureology products are vegan, cruelty free and made with certified organic botanicals.

The owner focuses on color methods that protect hair integrity and hand-picks every product used, adjusting each client's plan at the appointments based on their feedback.
