Services are grouped into color, consultation, cuts, extensions, styling and treatment. The color menu runs from tinsel and gloss to all-over color, hairline foils, partial and full custom blonding, bleach and tone, and color correction. Several color services are listed with approximate appointment lengths, and longer blonding and correction sessions can run to six hours or more. Creative color is also offered, with a $100 deposit and a price that varies.
Booking involves a few policies to know in advance. Some services require a deposit, and new clients may be asked for a larger one for certain color services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Same-day cancellations, reschedules and no-shows made within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late are asked to reschedule, and a 50% service fee applies.
