The salon says it aims to give clients the best service it can and to respect their time. Booking runs Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and the lounge is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Color work follows a set order. Balayage, all-over color, highlights, color correction and specialty color each begin with a free 15-minute color consultation, and several of these services ask for a deposit when booked. Haircuts start at $15 and include a shampoo, blow dry and style, with three options to choose from. Add-ons such as a deep conditioning treatment or a hot towel can be added to most visits.
Nail services cover gel manicures, pedicures, gel removal, builder gel extensions and Gel-X extensions and fills, with children's manicure and mani-pedi options. Makeover bundles combine a haircut or color service with a brow wax, Gel-X nails and a spa pedicure at a reduced price. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, and cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a 30% fee.
The salon describes its goal as providing strong service while respecting each client's schedule.
