Skin care is the core of the menu. The Organic Signature Facial comes in 60 or 90 minutes and uses organic products, herbal plant ingredients, vitamin complexes and essential oils; the longer version adds a Thai herbal poultice massage, acupressure, manual lymphatic drainage and Gua Sha. The Crystal Clear Facial is a 100-minute deep pore cleansing treatment with LED phototherapy and Gua Sha massage. The Fountain of Youth Facial runs 90 minutes and combines nano-infusion, microcurrent toning, LED light and Reiki-infused touch. The spa recommends six to eight sessions about two to three weeks apart, and sells three- and six-session packages that must be used within six months. Longer options include a Deluxe Dermaplaning Facial and the Divine Attunement Facial, which includes Holy Fire Reiki energy work, sound therapy and a clarifying crystal grid. The Au Naturale Lift, a 45-minute facial massage, is available only to clients who book monthly facials. A free 10-minute skin consultation with skin analysis is offered before treatment, and microneedling is listed at $59.

Energy work and sound healing run alongside the facials. Holy Fire Reiki treatments are done with the client fully clothed, with crystals placed on the chakras, and Holy Fire Distant Healing is done remotely, so the client does not need to be present. Sound healing sessions begin with a voice analysis and use quartz, Solfeggio and Tibetan singing bowls and chimes; the Crystal Singing Bowl session includes a sound bath on a vibroacoustic sound table. Biofield Reset Therapy and the Sano and Divine Attunement wellness packages combine several of these services in one visit.

Classes are a large part of the business. Holy Fire III Reiki I and II are one-day classes with manuals, and the Reiki Master class is a three-day workshop that requires practicing Reiki II for at least six months. The spa states that certifications from completing these classes are recognized by the International Center for Reiki Training, and that licensed massage therapists earn continuing education credits for its Reiki I, II and Master classes and for Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Training. A classroom for 15 to 20 people, with Wi-Fi, is available for events, classes and workshops. Deposits for Reiki classes are non-refundable.

Visit details: appointments are required, with no walk-ins. Cancellations at least 24 hours ahead are free; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price to the card on file. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early. Massage is offered through Candy, who works within the spa as Empower by Candy, and new clients of the spa receive 50 percent off their first massage with a discount code provided when booking. Retreats are also offered at the spa and abroad.
