ATX Wax Studio is a waxing studio in Suite 33 at Sola Salon, inside Barton Creek Mall on South Capital of Texas Highway in Austin. Owner DeAsia Young runs the studio, and the studio says its aim is a welcoming, relaxing setting for every client.

The menu is split into facial and body waxing. Facial options cover the chin, upper lip, cheeks, ears, eyebrows, nose and a full face wax, which also takes in sideburns. Body options cover the neck, knees, underarms, arms, chest, stomach, back, buttocks, bikini areas, legs and the Brazilian. Appointment lengths run from about 10 minutes for a small area such as a nose or a stomach strip to 35 minutes for a full butt.

Brazilian (V) waxing removes hair from the front and back of the pubic area, and clients can choose to leave a small strip, triangle or square on the front. The bikini full service goes further than the standard bikini line wax, extending past it. Upper leg and lower leg waxes both include a hydrating, calming post-waxing treatment.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 3 PM, closed Wednesday and Thursday, Friday from 2 PM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 12:30 PM to 6 PM. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, and clients must be approved before the appointment. If a client can't make an appointment, the studio asks to be told as soon as possible so the visit can be moved.

Owner DeAsia Young walks clients through each step of the waxing process, whether they are new to waxing or already experienced.

The studio says it aims to feel welcoming and relaxing.
