Permanent makeup visits begin with a consultation to choose the brow technique, style and shape that suit the client's skin, face shape and the result they want. Consultations are free. Brow clients can also book a henna trial consultation, where henna lasts about two weeks; the studio states that 99% of its henna trial clients go on to book permanent makeup. Touch-ups are limited to existing clients, and anyone whose work was done by another artist is directed to a brow correction service instead.

Beyond brows, the studio offers fineline tattoos with a $100 minimum, which are requested by text with the desired name, size, placement, inspiration photos and any custom changes, and no walk-ins. It also handles removal of permanent makeup, including saline removal for work that has faded about 40%, usually over several sessions about four weeks apart. Scar and stretch mark camouflage, areola tattooing, lash lifts, brow laminations and teeth whitening round out the menu. Booking policies: deposits are non-refundable, last-minute cancellations are charged half the service fee, and no-shows pay the full amount.

Each treatment is planned around the individual client's features and goals, starting with a consultation before any work is done.
