Gift cards can be bought in person or by phone for pickup and used for services or retail products, but they are not refundable. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days. Opened or gently used products can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee, with store credit issued. Services are not refunded, but a dissatisfied client can contact the salon and rebook within 7 days of the appointment. Gratuities for stylists and assistants are optional. Some stylists accept Venmo, and gratuities cannot be added to credit cards.
