The salon's philosophy puts long-term hair and scalp health ahead of short-lived trends, while keeping each guest's individuality in view. Services begin with an assessment of the hair, scalp and daily routine, and are adjusted to fit. The salon uses professional products of high quality.

Head spa retreats are a central part of the menu. The four options are the Signature, Remedy, Scalp Balancing and Relaxation retreats, and each is customized to address concerns such as scalp inflammation, dryness, breakage or brittleness. The services include a scalp and hair analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, a relaxing scalp massage with steam therapy, a hair mask and nourishment treatment, aromatherapy with essential oils, and a neck and shoulder massage.

Color options range from balayage and highlights to full color, root touch-up, creative coloring and customized color, with conditioning and bond repair treatments available. Initial color treatments require a consultation. Natural hair services include flexirod sets, flat twists, two strand twists, natural sets, silkening treatments and thermal presses, and every natural haircare and microlocs appointment includes an Express Head Spa Treatment. All microlocs installations require a consultation first.

The salon also offers education for beauty professionals, including a three-day microlocking certification workshop limited to four students. The workshop covers microlocking foundations, two installation techniques, hair and scalp assessment, tools and setup, and client consultations. Enrollment includes hands-on instruction, a training manual, a certificate of completion and lunch each day. Class enrollment requires a 20% retainer, and payments are non-refundable.
