Atlantis Eyelash Extensions was founded in 2016 and is owned by Jess Nevada, who also trains other lash stylists. The studio is at 11202 86th Ave N in Maple Grove and is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. The studio describes its lash services as premium.

Extensions are hand-made freeform fans of silk or faux mink PBT polyfiber, sized from 5mm to 15mm in .03mm or .05mm widths, in black with C, CC or D curls. The adhesive is latex-free and cyanoacrylate-free. Specialty color, two-tone ombre and glitter lashes are available on request. According to the studio, its luxury volume lashes are one of its most popular choices.

New guests begin with a brief pre-application consultation and sign a client consent form. Payment is due in full at the time of service, and the studio accepts major credit cards, cash and Apple Pay but not Cash App or Venmo. Online bookings require a credit card hold, and clients may pay another way at the visit. Lash extension services are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours ahead are accommodated when possible. There is a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which they may be treated as no-shows. On-call appointments are not guaranteed and carry a $20 fee outside published hours. Children and additional guests are not allowed in the studio.

A new full set is required if more than four weeks have passed since the last fill. The studio says retention averages about three weeks, though it varies by person. Services may be declined for health, safety, conflict of interest or consultation results, and clients arriving with symptoms of a cold, flu or other contagious illness are declined or rescheduled.

Lash parties are for groups of 3 to 6 guests and run from 6 to 9 pm on any night, priced by group size with quotes on request. A party includes a lounge with a complimentary cocoa, tea and snack bar and up to five Mini Sets, and individual guests may opt out of extensions. Party guests receive 20% off separate retail purchases. E-gift cards are bought on the website and delivered by text or email, and recipients choose their own booking time.
