Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% fee, and those cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours, along with no-call/no-show appointments, incur a 100% fee. Booking authorizes charges for these fees to the card provided. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the booked client.
