The menu covers manicures, pedicures, gel and extension work, nail art and press-on applications. Manicures and pedicures can't be combined in a single visit, extension removal can be added when a booking needs it, and a gel pedicure can be added to an existing booking. Gel and extension services use a Russian-style manicure base, and hand care includes a scrub, massage and mask.
Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late changes carry a $30 fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late brings a $10 fee, and after 30 minutes the appointment can no longer be taken. A nail fix is free within 10 days of a service, and blind box nail art is limited to once per person every half year.
Manicures and pedicures are offered in a dry, Russian-style method, with separate gel, hard-gel and extension options for longer wear.
