Every visit is by appointment. Clients can start with a complimentary one-on-one consultation to review facial contours, talk through brow goals and plan a treatment, with no obligation to book. Treatment itself begins with a facial morphology consultation, after which a custom 3D brow plan and pigment blend are prepared for that client.

The range covers 3D microblading with hair-like strokes shaped to each client's face, natural brow reshaping and fullness work for thin or uneven brows, hyper-realistic PMU brow reconstruction, and correction of faded earlier permanent makeup. Ombre powder brows, which shade from a lighter front to a defined tail, are also offered. A portfolio case page states that the ombre powder brow treatment lasts 18 to 24 months.

Hygiene is handled with single-use implements and sanitation protocols throughout each appointment, and pigments are described as 100% sterile. Clients receive written aftercare for the first 7 to 10 days of healing, and touch-up sessions are recommended 4 to 8 weeks after the initial treatment, with a yearly session available to refresh the work over time.

Treatments are individualized and built around each client's facial structure, skin type, lifestyle and the result they want, with the aim of enhancing natural features.
