The studio describes itself as a space where clients can feel welcome and comfortable being themselves. The menu runs from clipper and short cuts and signature haircuts to shag, mullet and wolf shapes, along with gloss, toner, root retouches and blowouts.

Color and blonding work usually begins with a Creative Color Consultation, which is required for vivid transformations, color corrections and major blonding changes. It covers your goals, an assessment of your hair, and a custom plan for the change. Longer services such as vivid transformations and platinum work are booked in multi-hour appointments.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, with the studio closed Thursday through Saturday. Clients who need to cancel are asked to reach out within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment. A no-call, no-show carries a fee of 20% of the booked service, and no charge applies to a true emergency. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or a custom amount, and sales are final.

Each color or blonding visit is planned around the client's goals and hair condition, with a consultation before major changes, and bond-protection products are used on lightening and vivid services.
