Treatment plans are customized to each person's face, skin type and goals rather than following one standard protocol. The practice says it follows all state and federal safety and infection-control standards. Patients receive a written prep guide when they book and an aftercare guide with each treatment. Pre-treatment guidance generally asks patients to avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 24 to 48 hours beforehand, to stay out of the sun and to wear daily sunscreen.

Getting started can begin with a free virtual consultation, a 30-minute visit from home with a licensed practitioner that covers goals, medical history and recommendations. Free 15-minute phone consultations are also available before booking or before an in-person visit. An in-person consultation usually runs 30 to 45 minutes and reviews goals, skin type, medical history, possible treatments, the number of sessions and the timeline. Pricing depends on the areas treated and the personalized plan, and a quote is given at the consultation. Patients may bring a friend or family member along.

The Sunshine Membership is a savings plan with Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers at $99, $149 or $199 a month, or a weekly option of $25 to $50. Payments are credited in full toward any treatment, and members receive priority booking, free bonus services and member-only perks. The site states there is no credit check and no interest. Financing is also offered through Klarna, Cherry, CareCredit and PatientFi; Klarna is available at checkout without a separate application, and Cherry and CareCredit can be pre-qualified for in advance. Intimate health consultations are led entirely by women. Care is offered in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Hours are Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm, and the practice is closed on major holidays. Appointments can be booked on Fresha or by phone or WhatsApp, and the team aims to reply to calls and messages within 24 hours.
