The studio focuses on nail services and books appointments online, where current openings are shown. Hours run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, though availability changes from day to day.

The gel manicure includes detailed e-file cuticle care, careful shaping, and long-wear gel polish. Hard gel extensions are shaped with the same care and finished to look natural. The hard gel fill and rebalance service restores the shape, strength, and balance of existing hard gel work, again with e-file cuticle care included.

Booking requires a valid credit card to hold the appointment, but the card is not charged when you book. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service price, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten or change the service, or the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation. Completed services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a result, contact the studio within three days; a complimentary correction may be offered for concerns related to the original service.

Some services carry added time and cost, such as longer lengths, nail art, French or chrome finishes, repairs, and taking off product that was put on at a different location. Removing product applied by another salon is excluded from the base price, unless the studio says otherwise, and it can be billed on its own. The studio can refuse or halt a treatment when it spots infection, swelling, open wounds, serious nail damage, or any other condition that would make the work unsafe.
