The menu is built around manicures, pedicures and nail enhancements. Gel manicures include nail shaping, cuticle care and gel polish cured under an LED lamp. The studio says gel polish can last up to two to three weeks with proper care. Full-set enhancements include builder gel, hard gel, polygel and Gel-X. Hard gel is removed with a nail drill rather than soaked off. Dip powder uses a clear base with gel polish paint, and acrylic powder is offered as an overlay.
Nail art and other add-ons can be added to most services. Waxing and a waterless dry pedicure round out the menu. Prices vary with nail length, design and added services, and the final price is confirmed before the service starts. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Booking is by appointment, and the studio asks for cancellations or reschedules at least 24 to 48 hours ahead. Arrivals more than 10 to 15 minutes late may be shortened or cancelled. Children are only allowed when they are being serviced. Services are non-refundable, but issues reported within 48 hours qualify for a fix, and free fixes are offered within 5 to 7 days for gel lifting or technical problems. Fills older than four weeks are charged as a full set. Services may be refused if signs of infection or a contagious condition are present.
